Tea Time

I was nearly finished tea when it started spitting with rain (I knew this, because I could hear it on the conservatory roof) ... 
I also noticed that the sky outside wasn't conducive to it being totally overcast ...
So I guzzled down the rest of my grub and quickly nipped outside into the road ... 
How come the sky only does this when I'm not prepared ?? ... :o/
