Tired!

Not a good day as I've waited in all day and yesterday for a delivery which never arrived! When I contacted the company they told me that the various items were being dispatched today as they had been so busy and were short staffed.......NOT my problem but I've wasted 2 days waiting. Would a phone call to inform me have been so hard....?
