This is the view from the kitchen window at work and the process needed to get the shot although preferably avoiding the second half of "E" :-

A - Hang precariously out.
B - Contort your middle aged body to the right.
C - Outstretch arms to the maximum grasping the camera.
D - Press shutter.
E - Return top half of body to building too fast thus smashing head on     
     rusting steel frame
