In the name of beauty

I purchased a Max Factor brand eye shadow in Poundland for £1. What was unusual is that it was contained in a sealed cellophane wrapper listing all the ingredients on the back . The eye shadow is identical to that sold elsewhere at a higher cost, but is usually sold as a single pot without any wrapping. It says Made in Ireland.

Look at what this product contains. We are encouraged by food and drink producers to put a lot of junk into our bodies, and the manufacturers of these beauty products are responsible for our skin absorbing a cocktail of chemicals and carcinogenic
poisons.

Buying this so called beauty product has served its purpose. I shall now be very careful of what I buy and use, and ensure everything is paraben free, organic and definitely not tested on animals.

My additional blip is the actual eye shadow.
