Jetties, jetties, everywhere, not a boat to sail!!

I took this photo from Point Clare, looking over to Gosford.
This is one of the first  I have taken with my new camera, used for the first time today. I'm hoping my photos will be sharper and would appreciate any feedback in that respect, and any thoughts on the camera itself which is a Panasonic DMC FZ 70.
