The Big Brother

Phone call at 6.30am asking if we could come round after having breakfast ........ contractions started a couple of hours earlier.

SWMBO didn't want to wait until we had had breakfast - so we headed round as soon as we were dressed.

Within an hour of the phonecall the contractions had gone from 7 minutes apart to 5 minutes apart.

So the hospital was contacted and they were to go in when they were ready.

9.45am and I had a grandaughter.

Mother and daughter are doing great and the Cygnet looks like he is going to take it all in his strike ........ much like his uncle with his mother.
