Sun rise at .....

...... 7.20am.
This is a quick blip as I shall be out all day ( no time for blips ! ) the only bit of sky I can see from my window, but guess if I had a higher view it would look better.

Happy .... to have a little less pain,still finding things difficult tho' hence NO comment yesterday, apologies but I did read them all this morning.
