A Perfect day!

The day started off with a trip down the road to see the Three Counties Rally start, and to see World Rallying greats like Juha Kankkunen and co-driver Nicky Grist. Some classic cars were on view such as the old Ford escort mk2 and Lotus Cortina. The good old days of rallying when you could walk into a forest and find the perfect corner to view, sadly now health & safety has got its hands on it.

Then an afternoon walk then to blow the cobwebs away after last week, and practice for the Armathwaite Challenge in September. Beautiful weather and no one to be seen, just perfect!
