Trailgator

The holidays are taking there toll and the kids are fed up of each other. So after swimming lessons and lunch we headed out on the bikes. William in his bike seat on the back of my bike, pedal power provided by Daddy, Carys on her bike attached to Daddy's bike, with pedal power provided by me.

Everyone enjoyed it. We only did 13.3miles, with a half hour break at the park halfway, but Carys did very well. I think we need to adjust her seat next time but other than that no complaints.

Tomorrow, having failed to secure any sort of ticket for an Olympic Park Venue in the last two weeks we are head into London to watch the marathon and then have some kiddie fun.
