Pampas

Pampas rains leave soaked heads along with the promise of a bounteous tomorrow.  At the end of an unusually dry summer monsoon, we've been getting rain amounts more like we'd see much later in the year.  So, I suppose things are evening out, even though my pampas grass flowers are looking more like soaked sheepdogs than their normally feathery appearance.
