One of the downsides to opting out of attending Nationals Baseball games with my husband in June, July and August when it is blistering hot, is that I must attend in April, May or September when it can be cold or as it was today…..raining.   This is a shot of the “President’s Race” which occurs during the 4th inning of every game. It is a bit of silliness that is almost as entertaining as our current Presidential race.  I am sure our forefathers would be cringing if they could witness either of these spectacles.
