Difficult to write a journal while the TV is showing the horrors of Aleppo and the train crash in Hoboken. Now moving on to the severe weather in Australia and a landslide in China. Is anything good going on in the world? The photos I took in Ipanema today, when I went for a quick look at the beach before my physio treatment, seem supremely irrelevant.
