No joy for the poo inspector yesterday. The wee dug was a no-show. Not only does he need to have his own photographic evidence of the dog shitting, he needs to see its owner not cleaning it up. Fair enough, but it makes me think that there's no 'official' way of bringing this shitty state of affairs to an end.
