Out socialising

I very rarely socialise but went out to meet two work colleagues tonight in Nailsworth. All very relaxed but the topics covered were focused on professional development and the changing nature of my profession.

Got back at 11ish and devoured two delicious wheat free gingerbread men and a glass of cava

Went to GP to find my worrisome mole is fine. Great news. My lovely GP ordered me some new migraine medication- yippee. Handy just in case.

Experienced something traumatic today which won't be forgotten easily.

Thinking about the future.
