Arcades in Turin
We took the slow train from Milan at midday and arrived in Turin two hours later, where we're staying for a night. After a nap we headed out for a long walk. The city is impressive, with high facades (a peek to the left here) and arcades seemingly everywhere. This is Piazza San Carlo, one of many squares, ranging from small to very large. Tomorrow we'll view the world-class Egyptian museum, a major objective of our visit--stay tuned.
Edit next morning: After posting late last evening, I saw that it was my 2500th--yippee :) Though after the recent Bliptransfer I'm not sure how much it really means. I joined 2016-2-10, so 10 February 2017 will be my 7th blipversary, so far without a miss.
