Big Blue Wander

I had a meeting at Longshaw this afternoon, and afterwards decided to go and see if I could find another Entoloma bloxamii like the one that I sent off to Kew a few weeks ago. I got an email from them to say it had arrived safely and would eventually undergo DNA sequencing. I managed to find 2 - one of which was in a pretty poor state, the other one was a bit fresher and although one side had been slugged, the other side looked quite presentable. You can see from this image exactly why its English name is Big Blue Pinkgill
