Pensive Passengers

On the bus into Loughborough this morning to buy fish and stock up with fruit and vegetables.

Coffee and chat with Mr Aziz.

Then home on the bus for a relaxing swim at the nearby campus in Shepshed. I used to swim a lot, but discovered about the time of having my hips replaced in 2009 that I'd probably contributed to the failure of my left hip twice by doing breast stroke. That rather took the enjoyment out of swimming as I love doing breast stroke.

It's really nice to get in the water. I do a sort of hybrid stroke using breast stroke arms and feeble crawl kicking with my legs. I can still do crawl but find that too much for a half hour stretch.
