Magic beans

Sadly I didn't have a cow to offer in exchange and he wouldn't accept American Express (who does) so I had to pass this one by. I checked the flights of stairs ascended and descended according to my fitness tracker and there is a difference of 12 flights so at this rate I will reach the kingdom of the giant with the golden goose without having to climb the beanstalk so who needs magic beans.
