Yes, an Ovenbird! This little traveler is in migration, heading south to warmer climes. This is the first Ovenbird I've spotted in the yard in the ten years we've lived in Gainesville. Used to see them occasionally in Miami. Probably others in G'ville but I've not seen them. I was fortunate to have my camera in hand when it landed for just a moment under the feeders and then flew off to the pond/bog. Some food, a sip of water, maybe a bit of a rest...then into the air to continue it's journey. Safe travels little friend.
