Romanesque

Blipping and running tonight as a shower is needed before friends arrive for supper. If we feel energetic enough, and not too full, we might go and play ping pong at their place afterwards.

I zoomed down to the end of the Mizen today and delivered some cards - fortunately we have enough good ones to fulfill this order. The Mizen was in thick fog but heaving with people all looking hopefully out to what is normally a stupendous view. Rushed home, rustled up a pasta bake and gooseberry and strawberry fool and the day seems to be done.

I did have time for a small explore on my way home and went up a very small and windy track to arrive at a ruined church - apparently highly unusual in west Cork as it is in Romanesque style and this is one of the windows that proves it. Rather nice I thought.
