of a flower

of the tiger lily flower - and, yes, pink of course

but can you see it, too? - how much it resembles a feather? - the flowers now, bought well over a week ago - are beginning to fail so petals are starting - to fall off the main flowers - this one is somewhat unlike the others - when i saw it laying on the counter - immediately my brain registered 'feather' - it's funny to me how we see certain things in other things - why that is i have no clue - perhaps i had birds uppermost in my thoughts today - whatever the case i figured i would post the petal - i am very much into unusual things these days - finding the unlikely in a simple place - which of course lends itself to...
