After Vivian

So, having got a book of Vivian Maier photographs for my birthday, I thought I'd try to emulate one of her self-portraits in front of a mirror. I was going to wear my Weller & Foxton & Buckler tee-shirt that I got for my fiftieth but then I heard Corbyn's speech from the Labour Party conference today in which he quoted Bill Shankly so it was obvious what I should wear for the picture. Just back from choir, where they sang Happy Birthday for me and a woman in the choir who has a big birthday tomorrow. Some cards this morning and lots of lovely messages on social media - thanks to everyone who wished me Birthday Greetings today!
