blueberry muffins
125 g butter
1 dl sugar
2 eggs
2 dl wheat flour
2 dl rye flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla sugar
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp cardamom
¼ tsp clove
1 dl milk
200 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
some (muscovado) sugar on top
225°C, 25-30 min
Makes 10-12 muffins.
