Wildflower Meadow

First stop was to see C & H.  After lunch at the Cheese Factory we went back to theirs and sat in the sun and had afternoon tea in their wildflower meadow.  Very relaxing!

They have a real plantsman's garden, full of interesting trees and shrubs and unusual flowers.  Little shaded paths leading to huge urns and pots, sunny glades and hidden garden seats.  It is very much a wildlife friendly garden, full of birds, bees and butterflies, and they have their tame black birds and robins coming to be fed at the door.  

It was lovely to see them again and to catch up.  Hope to see them again before we leave.
