Peter Rabbit

I drove over to Snugbury's Ice Cream Farm today to get a photograph of this years giant straw sculpture which celebrates 150 years since the birth of Beatrix Potter. The annual sculpture is a popular landmark on the A51 just outside Nantwich.

It was very quiet there today so there were no people to give the figure scale but this Peter Rabbit is 40ft high and took 1000 man hours to build. The carrot is 10ft tall

Don't tell kwdiane but I had an ice cream while I was there.
