Strlitzia nicolai

This bush, also known as a wild banana is a feature in my garden - it is about 6 meters high and has these interesting flowers.
It is related to the Strelitsia reginae or bird of paradise plant.
I love the colours in these untidy looking flowers.
I am back blipping for the last three days...where does time go??
