Rick and Meg

You would think with all the planning involved that we were going away on an extended holiday, but we were delighted that Rick and Meg came up to hold the fort the week we were gone., and even happier that they stayed for a couple of extra days. We left OilMan behind in his bed of suffering and went off to the Barlow for a nice lunch and a little browse around the shops.

We will be taking them to the airport tomorrow and it will be back to reality and the laundry again….speaking of laundry, the extra is washing time for the goldfinches in the fountain. The flying drops can be seen as they splash enthusiastically. around
