The great and the good

The minister for Education deep in conversation at the Colleges Scotland reception at the Scottish Parliament this evening. He spoke well but as I strong supporter of lifelong learning I don't share his view that FE is all about opportunities for 18-24 year olds. I've had a good day in Edinburgh, interesting conference on Developing Scotland 's Young Workforce, the parliamentary reception and a good catch up with my friend marchmont.
