Lots Of Greens & A Few Areas Of Red...

Interesting day at work, something a bit different as I was involved in interpreting the results of an employee survey and putting together a plan of action...interesting to see how my colleagues feel about the company and what it's like to work here...lots of positive greens, but a few areas of red to work on.
