New toy.

Some dothering old fool dropped his telephoto lens not far and on to a carpet(sorry Katkatkat).  I wrote to the official repairers and a Pentax specialist.  The specialist couldn't attempt to repair it and the official repairer was quoting round about the cost of this lens.  Couple that with the fact it was only and estimate and may be more and if I didn't accept the price after the examination I would have to pay £24 to get it back.

Buying  a new lens seemed the best way forward.  So it arrived today at the studio just as Clickychick was coming home.  No time yet to play with it.
