Access Denied

Work continues on the repairs to the old harbour wall. Or maybe it's investigations into ways of repairing the old harbour wall. Whatever's going on it's big stuff and some of it is being done from the water on a floating platform. Lots to see outside the house just now but the road is well and truly closed to traffic and pedestrians.
