Erosion Gullies
Benbulbin really is quite an amazing formation and these table top mountains are quite unique to this area of Ireland. The late afternoon light really highlights the erosion gullies on this western side, we will climb it later this week. A day at Mullaghmore Headland today and walking the long stretch of beach there. There were plenty of showers but this meant for dramatic skies. We visited Creevekeel Court tomb an archaeological site unique to this area and were surprised to find no information what so ever!
A few extra pictures today, Mullaghmore village and Benbulbin from Streadagh Beach under a double rainbow and Creevekeel.
