That time of year ....

Feeling sorry for myself today, don't seem to get colds anymore they just linger in my sinuses or around my chest. Headache, dry cough, feeling sick but apart from that ok! Friends suggested a steam inhalation so thought I'd give it a go.

Pa-in-law still in hospital, on reduced fluids still and having nebulisers as still short of breath. Brother-in-law's wife visited tonight and said he was quite confused/muddled, not orientated to his environment, talking a lot but not making much sense.

Lace group tonight, managed to do a little and have lots of chatter and laughs - my tonic for the day.
