Caught the sunrise - extra - whilst walking to daughter's house - at 6.45 - to start Granny Duty and take 8&6yo's to school

Then reccied a circular walk from Saltaire - taking in Baildon Bank - coughed and spluttered up there in a haze of menthol and eucalyptus - Tong Park - and a walk ont canal - passing this scene - on the way back to the start

Took refreshments at The Brown Cow - was grateful for a sit down - and delicious food
