Wobbly, wobbly
On Sunday afternoon I walked on the dike to the bridge spanning the river and crossed the river. On the other side I went into the river floodarea. The floodarea has been remodelled on both sides of the river. They have made some extra waterways and lowered the rest of the land. When the water is high there will be more room to store the water. At present the water is low, so the extra canals are clear to see. At high water the canals will disappear in a vast reservoir of water.
Little bridges span one of the canals. I had the childlike pleasure of crossing one of them. They're actually built for kids I think, but who cares...
