Lisbon Day #5

Actually, just half a day to see one more 'sight'.

One last trip on the metro and one last free entry with our Lisboa card. It's all worked out quite well. 

So we climbed to the top of the Arco Monumental de Rua Augusta.

We marvelled at the big toe of genius.

and surveyed the city one last, lingering time.

Then, a walk back to the Hotel Florida [Thank You!] a taxi ride to Aeropuerto. A cock up by Ryanair? and home an hour late.

Altogether a lovely break with the Mistress of my heart. Blipping is so easy when you are in surroundings like these.
