Simply the best

Christmas shopping in historic Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley. As a family we do this trip every year. Clitheroe is a great place to shop for Christmas. It has has the best Vintners anywhere, great charity shops, a music shop with a knowledgable owner, an believably well stocked hardware shop where you can get anything from a mousetrap to set of luggage and finally Cowmans Famous Sausage Shop. They make the best sausages I know. They sell nearly 100 different flavours of sausage, all made on the premises. I came away with nearly £15 worth including the Christmas special pork, plum and mulled wine.
