Dragon boat racing

After bellringing we headed into Exeter as we needed to exchange the curtains we bought last week. As that was not the most thrilling of trips for a 9 year old we built in some Pokemon hunting on the Quay. It was a hive of activity when we got there as there was some dragon boat racing taking place.

We had a good plod around, getting in good miles for me for my NYC challenge and lots of Pokemon for Ian and Leo - including some new ones.

I spotted the very inventive balcony plant as we plodded by. It has bent its trunk over the bars to give it better access to the sun - extra.

Hope it made the best of the sun on Sunday - days of rain to come now.
