Family History

While visiting the farm this week, we walked around my Grandparents old home place. The house has been replaced but a few of the older buildings are standing still. This is the laundry house and the two extras are the cow barn ( horse barn has been removed) and located about a 1/4 mile behind the barn is what remains of their original house. Apparently they lived in this house while building the house I remember visiting. All of these structures are at least 100 years old. On my next visit I plan to collect  wood from these buildings before they disappear. Not sure how I will use the wood but I can always place it in a safe place for someone to find after I'm gone.
