Waterways

Started off with a run up the Regent's Canal to Victoria Park and back to Wapping, passing the Mile End Floating Market on the way (and back). After necking a load of water to rehydrate and a quick shower to de-ming, we headed back up the canal for lunch at the floating market. Turns out you appreciate the scenery a bit more when you're not struggling your way through it in an attempt at a run. A pretty walk, and a good bite to eat at the end along with some Dutch Olympians who we assumed felt at home down by the canal.
