Simon's Seat - the steep way

Blimey it was hot this afternoon! We took a steep route up to Simon's Seat from Appletreewick, then back via the Valley of Desolation, looking anything but. Fabulous walk finished with a re-enactment of that scene in Ice Cold in Alex, with us eyeing up very very welcome beers in the pub back in Appletreewick.
