Dip'n'dine!

Actually we had our picnic lunch here before I dipped, I swam with a swimming friend and we swam quite a way out, swimming about 30 minutes. At first it was chilly but we soon warmed up it was quite choppy, well more rolls of water. Fabulous work out .
