The one with the Jazz band

Afternoon at the harbour was brightened by a series of jazz bands performing. We spent a happy few hours hanging out, people watching... Wonder if that's another Blipper?

The woofer was disappointed to discover that his favourite park is being landscaped however, so there was no off lead shenanigans.
