Diving

Dad and I had just enough time to see the women's diving semifinals this morning before we flew back to Scotland. It was a shame we didn't get to see Tom Daley but I was quite chuffed I knew more about this sport than dad did! I've jumped off 10m boards before but I'm too busy screaming to be tucking and twisting and somersaulting! We didn't like watching the inward dives as they always looked like they were about to hit their feet/head off the board! The sharp intake of breath as they narrowly missed the board was quite something. It's been a fantastic week and I've been very lucky to have gotten to see so many events at the London Olympics. It was a very well organised event and we certainly had a great time.
