I picked up a book from the library yesterday, something I haven't done in years because let's face it, studying and young children put a stopper to that kind of frivolous fun.

With the kids in the Hawkes Bay, and my household duties complete by lunch yesterday, I sat down to read uninterrupted.

It was bliss.

I finished it this morning.
