Before.......(backblip)

Here's Al just before his surgery for knee replacement Friday morning.   He just wanted to get it over with, and goofing around always helps!!

Surgery went very well, and he was walking up and down stairs within six hours.   Of course, we both know the anesthetic hadn't worn off, but he really was a superstar. 

All of the nurses kept asking if he had really been in surgery!!

Even thought he was doing well, we decided it would be wise to spend the night.
