Mum and I spent the morning with Uncle Wes and Auntie Judith - we went back to the John Lewis cafe. It was great to see them and get a catch-up!

After that, mum headed to the Royal Yacht Britannia and I went to meet up with Tash and Luce. We sat chatting in Pret for an hour or so over a coffee and then went to the Scotsman for a gorgeous afternoon tea! After that we got the bus up to Tash's place and chilled out there for the rest of the afternoon with the wee one :) He is so gorgeous and such a great wee boy - he fed, slept, and played the whole time. The only time he looked a bit perturbed was when we tried to take his picture, the poor thing!

Got the bus back down to Abbeyhill and went into Meadowbank shopping centre to buy some stuff for tea. Got a ready made Cottage Pie, cauliflower cheese, and some rhubarb crumble and custard to bring back for mum and I for dinner.  Have to get the final blast of good british fayre before heading back to France tomorrow. What a fantastic time we've had!
