Crumbly Apple Pie

It worked! It's not perfect but passable and I was delighted enough to serve it to my weekend guests. May I also point out that I was up at 7 am today to prepare breakfast for them before they set off home to Yorkshire. Phew! Now I can catch up on Strictly, then have a nap.
