Tufty the Red Squirrel

I love red squirrels but sadly I can only see them locally in private parks, estates or sanctuaries where they can be protected. They are so much prettier than the grey variety but they have been forced out of their habitats by their bigger, bullying cousins. One of the many dangers of bringing non-indigenous wildlife into the country is that so often native species get wiped out.
