Vila do Conde

We caught the metro north of Porto so we could see Rose and Claire off on their pilgrim's adventure.
As you can see the weather was grey and hazy with no sun, almost chilly in fact.
After lunch the dynamic duo set of inland, up the river, and we caught the train back to Porto.
The extra shows a derelict area of Porto, absolutely covered in a jungle of purple flowers and climbing vine.
